  • Serangoon MRT station is also an MRT Interchange station that connects to the Circle Line.
  • Of great interest, is of course, the development of the Bidardari estate, opposite Serangoon Road. Near enough to enjoy all the amenities and facilities, yet far enough not to be inconvenienced by any construction work. Bidardari promises to be another Bishan town – with the same potential to lift property values around it.
  • Just behind it are a trio of notable schools: St Andrews Junior School, St Andrews Secondary School, and St Andrews Junior College. Which has undoubtedly influenced the name of this project.

The east of Singapore will se a number of new launches coming up in 2019. One of the upcoming ones will be Meyer Mansion at East Coast. This project could not be more different from Poiz Residences. The comparisons are many.

For a start, Meyer Mansion is a freehold condominium, while Poiz Residences is a 99 year leasehold mixed development. And then again, they are in different districts. The former is part of the famous East Coast / Marine Parade area which is considered a pretty classy district, while the latter is at Potong Pasir, on the fringe of the new Bidadari estate, the new kid on the block so to speak.

Also, while Poiz was developed by a relatively unknown developer, Meyer Mansion is by GuocoLand. Guocoland is part of the Hong Leong stable that also comprises City Development and Hong Leong itself. The developer really needs no introduction, and is well-known for a number of upmarket projects before their upcoming launch of the Meyer Mansion Guocoland development.
